The Potty Training Experiment

So, Labor Day weekend we attempted to do the pants off potty training, but it didn’t quite happen.  Cali at first would recognize when she started to pee on the floor and would provide some kind of indication such as yelling “pee” or wince.  Luckily, I was able to get her to poop in the potty, but the end of the day I found her dancing in her own pee as if it was a rain puddle.  At that point, I thought – she’s not ready for this.  I was exhausted, but it was a good test to see if she was ready and if we were too. :)
